## van der Waals' Equation and Non-Ideal Gases

There
is a super-accurate equation that you can use with all gases,
regardless of whether they're ideal or not:

All
of the variables here mean that same thing as they do in the ideal
gas law, except we also have “a”, which accounts for
intermolecular interactions and “b” which accounts for the fact
that all molecules have some volume.

You will ONLY use this equation if you are given (or are asked to solve for) “a” and “b”.
